ANDREI FOUNDATION
The Andrei Olenicoff Memorial Foundation was established in November 2005 in memory of Andrei Olenicoff and was made possible by the generous contributions of those who cared for him as a son, brother, husband, friend and colleague.
A 501(c)(3) organization, the foundation serves to keep Andrei’s kind-hearted spirit alive through various philanthropic initiatives by supporting local non-profit programs that are making a huge difference in the lives of others.

We've donated over $500,000 in support of life-changing initiatives around the world.
Since its formation in October 2005, the Andrei Foundation has donated over $500,000 to an incredible roster of charitable organizations such as the Hoag Hospital Foundation, Miracles for Kids, Braille Institute, Guide Dogs for the Blind, O.C. Makapo Aquatics, and the Laguna Canyon Foundation.
A great emphasis has been placed on supporting efforts that improve the quality of life for the blind and visually impaired as well as medical research related to eye diseases like Retinitis Pigmentosa, an affliction which Andrei experienced during his lifetime.

A delicious way to donate
As another unique way to honor Andrei, Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails was opened in 2009 on Main & Jamboree in Irvine and is a warm and welcoming place to gather over great food and cocktails.
One hundred percent of the restaurant’s net profits are donated directly to the Andrei Foundation making any dining experience there a delicious way to donate!

Andrei Olenicoff was truly one-of-a-kind, with the biggest heart, warmest spirit, and unwavering generosity that undoubtedly touched the lives of many. After his passing, there was no question that this legacy of kindness should continue and be honored for all the light he brought into the world.
We are so very grateful to everyone who has joined us in this mission and we look forward to touching the lives of many more in memory of Andrei.
